Preparations for the seventh edition of the Conference of the ICT Directors of Latin American universities are in full swing. In the middle of work, however, many people forget simple things, such as verifying if a visa is needed to enter Costa Rica.

After five months of the announcement of its calls, the TICAL2017 Conference, which will take place between July 3 and 5, at the InterContinental Hotel, in San Jose, Costa Rica, closed its call for Authors and Young ICT innovating to improve their university at the end of April 17. The registration system, which gives access to TICAL2017, ION Costa Rica and the Latin American Meeting of e-Science 2017, is already opened and offers reduced prices until May 31. The event, organized by ICANN and Anilla Cultural, Uruguay, and supported by RedCLARA, will take place this Wednesday, April 19, at 14:00 GMT.
The BELLA-T Latin American e-Science Meeting, to be held in the framework of TICAL2017, in San Jose, Costa Rica, from July 3 to 5, extended its deadline for submission of papers to April 29, 24h GMT. The previous deadline, April 24, is now revoked.

The Program aims to facilitate the appropriation and development of capacities for the leadership, management and strategic management of innovation ecosystems.
