The National Network of Teaching and Research of Brazil (RNP), member of RedCLARA, will hold on October 17 and 18, in Brasília, the 2017 RNP Forum. With the theme "25 years of internet in Brazil: challenges and trends", the edition will celebrate this story with its eyes on the future.

The debates will focus on the challenges for the sustainability of academic networks and its value for the future of the country. The participants of the event can collaborate with perspectives that guide strategies to plan the necessary changes to the evolution of networks.

RNP Forum is driven to rectors, pro-rectors, ICT directors from universities, federal and research institutes, as well as public managers, project coordinators and ICT providers. It is a great opportunity for interaction between these partners, since it addresses political and strategic issues of the ICT sector with a view to the future of the networks and technology infrastructure that make up the national ICT system.
