Issue 62 of DeCLARA is now available. Now available for download in Spanish, the RedCLARA 2025 Annual Report highlights the key achievements, projects, partnerships and initiatives that have consolidated cooperation amongst Latin American academic networks as the main driving force behind digital cooperation for science, education and innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The new platform brings together RENATA’s range of services, projects, initiatives, knowledge and news in a single space, enhancing access to information and interaction with the State, academia, the scientific community and its strategic partners.

The Wellcome Snakebite Innovation Prize opens a £6.25 million fund to accelerate accessible, life-saving solutions for remote and underserved communities.

The closing event of the BIO+IA Early Adopters Programme brought together teams from Mexico, Chile, Ecuador and Colombia-Venezuela, who demonstrated how artificial intelligence can transform research processes that, in some cases, had been under development for years. Four teams tackling scientific challenges, all with the same aim: to accelerate research and the generation of knowledge, supported and assisted by AI.

This achievement demonstrates the collaborative academic cybersecurity model that the Corporation has built alongside its member institutions.
