Open Call: BIO+IA Early Adopters Programme seeks projects in bioinformatics and artificial intelligence in Latin America and the Caribbean

Research, innovation, and technology development teams from Latin America and the Caribbean are invited to apply for the BELLA II Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence (BIO+IA) Testbed Early Adopters Programme, a regional initiative that promotes projects that use artificial intelligence to analyze molecular interaction networks.

Within the framework of the BELLA II programme, RedCLARA will hold the launch webinar of the Early Adopters Programme for the Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence (BIO+AI) Testbed on 11 March. The initiative aims to promote the strategic use of the regional platform to strengthen research projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

SUBMERSE holds its final event in Denmark on the scientific use of underwater fiber optic cables

The SUBMERSE Consortium, together with its 25 partners, invites the scientific, academic, and industrial communities to take part in the SUBMERSE Project Final Event. This gathering will explore the future of using subsea fiber optic cables as an observation tool (submarine cables used as sensors to capture information from the ocean and the seafloor) and its potential to advance research in Europe.

Helsinki to Host TNC26 in June 2026: Early Registration Now Open

Early registration for TNC26, the annual event of the pan-European GÉANT network, is now open. The conference will be organized by CSC – IT Center for Science and will take place from 8 to 12 June 2026 at the Helsinki Music Hall in Finland, a renowned cultural venue that combines a concert hall and music center in the heart of the Finnish capital.
