Aiming to share the experience and knowledge of specialists, teachers, students and researchers, the Journal of Technology and Innovation in Higher Education of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (TIES, www.ties.unam.mx) invites the communities of the institutions of research and higher education in Mexico and Latin America to submit articles for its numbers 02 and 03. The calls close on August 30 and September 23, respectively.
The Program Committee of the TICAL Conference and the 3rd Latin American Meeting of e-Science published the number of proposals received in the calls for papers of the events, closed on Tuesday May 28: there were 113 in total; 105 of TICAL and 8 of the Meeting of e-Science. Mexico, with 33 proposals, and Colombia, with 29, were the most participatory countries, followed by Ecuador, Brazil and Argentina.
