RedCLARA announced, on the occasion of its Directory and Assembly - held in the Chilean city of La Serena, between December 3 and 5, 2019 -, the new members of its Board of Directors and the renewal of the structure of the organism, which is detailed in the new Statutes of the regional advanced network, to be shared soon by this same channel.

The new Board of Directors now has three functions, namely the Principal Directors, the Alternate Directors and the Supervisory Committee. It should be noted that even though the people who will hold the leadership positions are already defined, the positions in the Senior Management will be defined in the first session of 2020.

Since December 2019, RedCLARA's Board of Directors has been composed of the following:
