The progress of the implementation of the Copernicus Academy in Central America, RedCLARA's efforts to create a digital ecosystem in the region through the BELLA II Project and the details of the regional network's revamped portal are some of the highlights of the 55th edition of the DeCLARA Bulletin, RedCLARA's quarterly publication, now available online.

More than 150 people, including experts, academics, specialists, and government representatives, gathered for the webinar "From Sky to Earth," the first step in the Copernicus Academy's deployment strategy in Guatemala. This event marked a milestone in the country's collaboration with the European Union in digital transformation and Earth observation.
