Developments such as the launch of the "Ventanilla Abierta a la Investigación" service, the introduction of RedCLARA's new Gender Strategy, and the successful outcomes from the BELLA II Ideathon focusing on agri-food innovation, headline the 54th edition of the DeCLARA bulletin. This quarterly publication of the regional network returns in 2024 with a renewed vigor.

The Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks (RedCLARA) and the Corporación Universitaria para el Desarrollo de Internet (CUDI) are scheduled to host the workshop entitled "The Role of Universities and NRENs in Building a Viable, Sustainable and Impactful Digital Future in Latin America and the Caribbean" on April 8th in Yucatan, Mexico.

A delegation from RedCLARA, comprised of Mark Urban, Director of International Cooperation, Academic Relations, and Communications, along with Cecilia Ortiz, Manager of Academic Network Engagement, embarked on a mission across Peru from March 4th to 8th. Their agenda was packed with meetings and workshops aimed at fostering the establishment of the National Research and Education Network (RNIE) of the country and showcasing the benefits of connecting to the BELLA II Project, coordinated by the organization and funded by the European Union.
