December 1st to 5th : Week of Open Books

LATInThe event will involve the participation of experts from Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela, who will speak about the importance of open textbooks and the experience of the LATIn project in this area.

All members of the partner institutions of the national networks connected to RedCLARA are invited to participate through videoconference. Registration will be open until Friday, November 28; the event will be transmitted live through the Internet.

During its development, the LATIn project addressed the problem of the high cost of the textbooks for Higher Education in Latin America. Its main actions included the creation and dissemination of the Initiative of Collaboration of Open Textbook for Higher Education designed specifically for the region.
