Calls for papers of TICAL2018 and the 2nd e-Science Meeting will close this Monday

Those who have not yet submitted their papers to participate in TICAL2018 and the 2nd Latin American Meeting of e-Science should be attentive. Close this Monday, June 11, at 24h GMT, the calls for the two events, that will take place between September 3 and 5, at the Las Americas Convention Center, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

Published on February 26, the two calls share the same theme - Digital Transformation in Institutions of Higher Education, Science and Culture - but are individual and distinct from one another because of the public to which are addressed, its thematic lines and, above all, its approach to digital transformation, the first from the world of Higher Education and the second from the world of Science and the Arts.

Those interested in applying to TICAL2018 should send their proposals to tical@redclara.net indicating in the subject: “Propuesta para la Convocatoria de Trabajos - TICAL2018”. Those interested in applying to the II Latin American Meeting of e-Science should send their proposals to eciencia@redclara.net indicating in the subject: “Propuesta para la Convocatoria de Trabajos - 2º Encuentro Latinoamericano de e-Ciencia”. The papers must be sent in strictly compliance with the format established in the Authors' Guide of both events.

Regarding the benefits for the selected works, both TICAL and the e-Science Meeting will cover the costs of transferring one of the researchers responsible for the selected paper to the venue of the events (Cartagena de Indias, Colombia).
