The event, organized by Fundación Chile and the National Science Foundation, will be held on May 3 from 8:30 to 18:00 hrs. (GMT -3) and will feature presentations from the Minister for Broadband, Communications and Digital Economy in Australia, Stephen Conroy, and the Minister of Transport and Telecommunications of Chile, Pedro Pablo Errazuriz.

The inauguration of the event will be in charge of the Finance Minister of Chile, Juan Andrés Fontaine and program will include the participations of remarkable panelists from all around the world including the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy of Australia and Stephen Conroy the President of the National University Network Corporation (REUNA), José Palacios.

The meeting is also supported by the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research, CONICYT, the Center for Mathematical Modeling, CMM, from the University of Chile, the National Innovation Council, CNIC, the Sub secretary of Telecommunications, Subtel, País Digital Foundation, Network of High Management of the Development University, REUNA and the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Aura.
