Andicom 2011: A Practical Look at Trends in ICT

The Center for Telecommunications Research, CINTEL of Colombia invites the Latin American academic community to the transmission through RENATA of the academic conferences to be held on October 19th, 20th and 21th from 8:00 to 17:00 hours (GMT-5h).

andicom 2011Andicom gathers every year around 3,000 participants, including consultants, policy makers, industry leaders, as well as actors from business, government and academia fields, in order to generate significant synergies that establish and often define the policies of the sector.

During the three day conference will be cover issues related to the axes of Strategy, Technology and Business. In addition, will take place specialized sessions, vision and business trends sessions and a business forum, activities that aims to create alternative academic spaces and related with interest groups, grounded in the concept of practicality.

The event will be transmitted by the National Academic Network of Advanced Technology (RENATA) of Colombia, allowing the participation of 144 institutions across the country, as well as institutions in Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, connected through RedCLARA.

RENATA transmission is an opportunity for teachers in their chairs, researchers, students and those interested in innovation and technology, have access to knowledge generated in each conference, talks and panels of the congress.
