The project "Regional Strategy and Management and Interoperability Framework for a Federated Latin American Network of Institutional Repositories of Scientific Documentation " aims to contribute to the sharing and giving visibility to the scientific production of the higher education institutions and scientific research.

As part of this project, in its Component III: Development and implementation of a pilot, RedCLARA and its partners seek to create an information system that integrates national system that offer services  to increase the visibility of academic and scientific production in Latin America.

Currently, it is necessary to hire a consultant to coordinate, design and development and / or adaptation management and pilot of an information system that integrates and manages the national repositories of at least four (4) countries, according to the standards and requirements defined in the project.

The mentioned tasks will be carried out according to the details given below and in accordance with the provisions of form and place determined by RedCLARA.
