RedCLARA News - 2004/2010

The Videoconference Network Operation Centre, VNOC, is responsible for maintaining, configuring and operating the systems for the correct development of the events offered by the network to its members. The provision of these services requires a high degree of coordination and quality assurance, which is done with the network of contacts, procedures and the regular certification of videoconference rooms and equipment at a Latin American level.

As regards its functioning, the VNOC reports to the direct supervision of RedCLARA’s Technical Manager. The VNOC service is currently provided by RENATA (Colombian NREN).
