May 8, 18:00 GMT: RUTE-AL Webinar "LAC Cytotechnology Problems and CPLP Collaborative Experience"

The webinar will focus on developing the capabilities of health professionals, researchers, and other interested parties on the specific challenges of cytotechnology in Latin America and the Caribbean and how the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP) can address them.

On May 8, at 17:00. GMT (18:00. in Mexico, 19:00 in Colombia/Ecuador, 20:00 p.m. in Chile, and 21:00. in Brazil), the Latin American University Telemedicine Network (RUTE-AL) will continue its webinar cycle.

Isabel Cristina Almonacid Urrego, a Colombian physician and researcher with a specialization in pathology and a master's degree in molecular oncology, and Irma Díaz, cytotechnologist at the Health Institute of Mexico, will be the two panelists for this event. Simone Maia Evaristo, coordinator of INCA, the Brazilian CitoTechnology SIG, will moderate the panel.

Researchers, academics, students, professionals working in national health systems, companies, technical-scientific organizations, and government representatives are among the diverse audiences that the RUTE-AL webinars aim to attract. The webinars cover topics such as telecommunications, science, technology, and innovation, among others.
