With the aim of promoting the participation and leadership of women in the Internet technical community in Latin America and the Caribbean and in the regional digital ecosystem, LACNIC invites you to participate in the 2023 edition of its IT Women Mentoring Programme.

Through an open call, the programme will select professionals interested in producing technical work that promotes the development of a stable and open Internet in the region through the development of knowledge, methodologies and tools.

The programme offers a six-month mentorship. Women with training and/or professional experience in technical areas, interested in producing work that contributes to the development and strengthening of the Internet in the region, specifically in one of LACNIC's areas of interest and interest: traffic and interconnection engineering; network architecture and operations; cryptography, security and resilience; and future development of the Internet; applicants must be based and develop their activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
