April 20, 4 pm GMT: Horizon Europe Information Day for Latin America and the Caribbean

Registration is now open for the 'Information Day for Latin America and the Caribbean' of the Horizon Europe programme, to be held on April 20, at 4:00 p.m. GMT, with the participation of Claudia Romano, Cooperation Manager of the Uruguayan Agency for International Cooperation (AUCI), and Maite Irazábal and Alejandro Quinteros, Project Officers of the Horizon Europe Program.

The objective of the session, driven to scientists and academics who develop research work or want to start the process, is to enhance the capacities of these on the financing strategies/collaboration opportunities for Latin America available in the funds of the Horizon Europe Program of the European Commission.

Horizon Europe is the research and innovation (R&I) framework program of the European Union (EU) for the period 2021-2027 and will be the fundamental instrument for carrying out the EU's R&D&I policies. The general objective of the program is to achieve a scientific, technological, economic and social impact of the EU's investments in R&I, thus strengthening its scientific and technological bases and promoting the competitiveness of all Member States (EEMM).
