The Secretariat of the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission of the Organization of American States (CITEL/OEA), on behalf of the CITEL General Coordination for Human Resources Development, in conjunction with the High Technology Training Center for Latin America and the Caribe (CCATLAT), invites you to participate in the webinar "CCATLAT / CITEL - The Internet Ecosystem" at no cost for 100 participants per course who register "in order of arrival".

(Source: CITEL-OEA) The webinar will be held on Thursday, March 18, at 7pm GMT, through Webex, and is aimed at public and private sector officials, academics, and civil society from the Americas interested in know the complexities of the Internet ecosystem, the interrelation between systems and actors of this ecosystem in the global and regional scope. The event will feature the participation of the guest instructor Olga Cavalli, Director of the South School on Internet Governance.
