The health crisis has posed challenges for the entire society, including the educational community, which has had to undertake a virtualization process to continue with the ongoing activities. With the aim of collectively contributing and giving support in this global fight against the Coronavirus, the “COVID-19: Technological Innovation in education in times of crisis” webinar mini-cycle is proposed. The event will take place in two sessions, on April 22 and 24, at 15h GMT.

The virtual meetings will address the issue of the challenges faced by higher education institutions, presenting some experiences in the region and offering a space for discussion among the participants. The invited speakers are Dr. Pedro Rocha (RedLATE Community in CUDI, Mexico), Dr. Faraón Llorens Largo (University of Alicante, Spain), Dr. Jorge Maldonado Mahauad (University of Cuenca, Ecuador) and Dr. Marina Vicar (Mexican Society of Computing in Education).

The webinar will be held through the Zoom platform and registration is free of charge. Once the registration is done, the connection data will be sent by mail.
