February 11: “Global environmental change” Webinar

What are the changes that occur in ecosystems around the globe? What impact will they have in the short, medium and long term? How can the scientific community contribute to reduce its impacts? These and other questions will be discussed in the "Global environmental change" Webinar, to be held next Tuesday, February 11, at 4pm GMT, thanks to the organization of the Climate Change Group and the coordination of RedCLARA.

The webinar, which will be moderated by Dr. Lincoln Alves, from the National Space Research Institute of Brazil (INPE), and will be attended by Cecilia Conde Álvarez, Doctor of Earth Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) ), seeks to raise awareness among its participants: "We live on a closed planet and any changes we have will have short, medium and long term repercussions."

“Global Environmental Change” will be carried out through the Zoom platform. Once the registration is done, the connection data will be sent by mail. Registration is free of charge and now open at https://eventos.redclara.net/event/996/registrations/176/
