November 18: Joint Webinar of CEDIA and RNP will discuss the threats of the current IoT scenario
How to deal with the threats related to the growth of IoT devices connected to the Internet, such as cybercrime and malwares? This and other important questions will be answered on Monday, November 18, at 14h GMT, in the Webinar “Current scenario of IoT threats”, organized by the advanced networks CEDIA (Ecuador) and RNP (Brazil), with the support of RedCLARA and live streaming in Portuguese and Spanish.
The Webinar will have as speaker Fernando Merces, principal threat researcher at Trend Micro. Merces will present examples of real and recent cases of malware for IoT devices, how cybercrime addresses those platforms, which are the most attacked and how to protect themselves.
