Integrating Arab e-infrastructure in a Global Environment, e-AGE, is an annual international event organized by the Arab States Research and Education Network, ASREN.

Security, culture, education and mobility are some of the topics that will be discussed at the event, sponsored by the RUAV Association - High Speed University Network of Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
The Executive Director of RedCLARA, Florencio Utreras, is one of the confirmed speakers for the Mayéutica RUAV Conference 2016, to be held on August 10 and 11, at the Quincha Auditorium, in the Autonomous Western University, in Cali, Colombia.
With the theme "Is the ICT the future? Or are you using it? ", the event will address the importance of technology today and how it will revolutionize transcendental aspects of everyday life in the future.
Utreras, who holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Grenoble, France, will address the theme of collaboration between universities in Latin America and the rest of the world through the infrastructure that allows researchers, teachers and students to work as a team.
Other confirmed speakers are Juan Pablo Carvallo, executive director of Red Cedia, the National Network for Research and Education of Ecuador; Raúl Ramírez, mobility manager for HP Business Inc. Colombia; Adriana Molano, Communications and Content Manager of the Digital Corporation of Colombia and Iván Marrugo, lawyer and CEO of Marrugo, Rivera and Associates.
