This month: School Grid in Tunisia
CHAIN (Co-ordination and Harmonisation of Advanced e-Infrastructures) EUMEDGRID-Support (Sustainability of e-Infrastructures across the Mediterranean) and EPIKH (Exchange Programme to advance e-Infrastructure Know-How) projects promote Grid School for application porting, which will take place within two weeks in Tunisia, Africa.
The school aims to stimulate scientific applications that are developed from infrastructure CHAIN / EUMEDGRID-Support and lead to new research groups to use these applications.
The curriculum is based on lectures and practical exercises, covering the main topics on Grid technology and the technical aspects of gLite middleware.
Who have applied to attend school should be aware of Grid list of candidates who have been accepted, which will be revealed today.
