The fourth edition of the Conference Interactive Computer-aided Blended Learning (ICBL) will be held from 2 to 4 November 2011 in the city of Antigua, Guatemala. For those who want to contribute may do so in the form of scientific papers, tutorials, demonstrations and thematic sessions.

In order to present experiences and research results related to the use of Information and Communication Technologies for education at all levels, especially higher education, from 2 to 4 of November 20114 will be held at the Portal Hotel in Guatemala, the fourth edition of the conference "Interactive Computer-aided Blended Learning. "

The event is organized by the Galileo University in cooperation with the International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE), IEEE Foundation, International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Education (iJET) and IEEE Education Society.

For those who want to contribute may do so in the form of scientific papers, tutorials, demonstrations and breakout sessions. The deadline for submission of material is March31 2011.
