The Ibero-American Network for High Performance Computing (RICAP) announced the launch of its fourth call for access to HPC supercomputer resources. The call was created to allow research groups that can hardly use supercomputing clusters to carry out their projects to have access to this type of infrastructure.

An important news for those who wish to present their works in TICAL2019 and the 3rd Latin American e-Science Meeting. The deadline for the calls of the two events (Cancun, September 2 to 4) is on Tuesday, May 28, at 24h GMT. After that date, the papers will be evaluated by the Program Committee with a view to the notification of the selected ones, scheduled for July 8.

May 28, at 24:00 GMT. These are the new date and time for submitting papers for the TICAL2019 Conference and the 3rd Latin American e-Science Meeting. The extension of the deadline (originally May 20), will enable more researchers and academics to send their proposals and participate in the event, which will take place between September 2 and 4, 2019, at the Cancún International Convention Center (CancunICC), in Cancún, Mexico. Registrations are already open, with discounts for those who register until August 9.

What does TICAL look for in its call for papers? And what factors will be taken into account when evaluating papers? To answer these and other questions, the Program Committee of the TICAL2019 Conference and the 3rd Latin American e-Science Meeting will held, on Monday, May 13, at 4:00 pm (Chile time, GMT -4) the Virtual Information Day on the calls of the two events , which will take place between September 2 and 4 in Cancun, Mexico.
