To achieve this, the BELLA II project created a training program to help researchers and academic teams use digital tools that make analyzing scientific information faster, reduce the time needed for work, and improve access to important research skills, even in places with limited resources.

Early registration for TNC26, the annual event of the pan-European GÉANT network, is now open. The conference will be organized by CSC – IT Center for Science and will take place from 8 to 12 June 2026 at the Helsinki Music Hall in Finland, a renowned cultural venue that combines a concert hall and music center in the heart of the Finnish capital.
The 60th edition of RedCLARA’s digital newsletter presents the main activities of the final months of the year and shows how the regional ecosystem continued to strengthen through collaborative projects, new partnerships, and actions aimed at supporting scientific and academic communities. This edition highlights advances in cooperation, infrastructure, and capacity building within Latin America’s national research and education networks.

The book Open Science in Latin America, published by the University of Costa Rica, the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), and Simon Fraser University of Canada, analyzes the progress of open science in the region and devotes one of its chapters to the role of RedCLARA in this process.
Driven by RedCLARA and LNET, the Early Adopters Blockchain LATAM Program concluded with an event showcasing the four projects developed during this edition. The day marked the end of six weeks of intensive work, during which the teams transformed their initial ideas into functional prototypes on the BELLA II Blockchain Testbed, a unique experimentation environment in Latin America.
