March 12: Virtual Day on e-Health: Strategies, National Programs and Academic Networks
The event will gather panelists from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and the United States who are actively involved in projects for the development and strengthening of e-Health in Latin America. All those interested may participate by videoconference or live and direct through the Internet streaming.

On Wednesday 05, 2014 members of the program committee and the organizative team of TICAL2014 will presented to the academic and research community of the national networks the objectives and suggested topics of the Conference and the benefits offered by RedCLARA to the authors of the papers that result selected in the call currently underway.
Each year, the papers presented at the Conference are published in a proceeding. Ten days before the end of the deadline for submitting proposals for its fourth edition, these are the titles of some of the papers selected and presented in the past years:
“RAGIE is already connected to RedCLARA. Coincidently, the first connection of Guatemala to Internet was done in December of 1995, exactly 10 years ago! What is the progress ; -) Thank you very much to all those who did the things that appeared to be impossible to obtain this landmark.”
