The Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks (RedCLARA), in the framework of the implementation of the BELLA II project, calls for the participation in the Consultancy for the "Design of the Methodology for the Evaluation of Investment or Purchase Opportunities". The BELLA II Open Strategic DialogueI, held on 8 April in Yucatán, Mexico, was organized by RedCLARA and the University Corporation for Internet Development (CUDI), with the support of the Autonomous University of Yucatán (UADY) and the Internet Exchange Services Yucatán (IXSY). It was attended by representatives from government, business and academia.
