The event, to be held on October 17 to 19, 2011, is organized by the Red RITDT (Coordinated by Daniel Diaz Ataucuri, Director of Research and Technological Development INICTEL-UNI and member of the Peruvian Academic Network-RAAP) and is part of the Ibero-American Programme for Science, Technology and Development, CYTED.
