The winners will receive financial support to cover the amounts for airfare and registration to participate in the Conference. The contest ends on June 7th, 2013.

The results of the call for papers will be announced on May 15, 2013. For each work selected to be part of the conference program, RedCLARA will pay the cost of the airfare for the transfer of the author (if there is more than one, it will be asked to choose a representative) to Cartagena de Indias, city that will host the event.
“Nicaragua must not be lef t behind technological development. We must learn about the state of science and technologies in our countr y by making use of advanced networks. We need to train professionals with cut ting-edge technology at a Central American level, especially now that we are moving from analogue to digital technology. Various Nicaraguan public and private companies have announced this change, but, how are we going to make it? We need qualif ied staf f with the people who work within RedCLARA, its networks and with its benef its”.
Both initiatives are directed to the technical team of the national networks connected to RedCLARA and will be developed remotely through the virtual training platform “RedCLARA Aprende”. Identity Federation and Implementation of eduroam are the main topics of these courses.
