9 April 2026 – Register and take part: Building trust in blockchain

If you are evaluating or leading blockchain initiatives at your institution, this webinar is for you! Register for free and explore how your university or research centre can design, implement and scale reliable blockchain solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and security standards in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Organised by LNET, the academic networks of Mexico (CUDI), Ecuador (CEDIA) and Colombia (RENATA), and RedCLARA, and as part of BELLAII, the session on 9 April will be the first of six sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge of blockchain and its applications in the academic environment.

The webinar “Building Trust in Blockchain: Security, Regulation and Infrastructure for Academic Institutions”, featuring Pedro Gutiérrez, Head of Partnerships LATAM at LNET, is designed as a technical session to understand how to design and implement secure, regulated and scalable solutions in education and research institutions across the region, leveraging a world-class, which is secure and has no transaction costs, providing access to an optimal test environment for scaling solutions.

The infrastructure belongs to LNET, whilst the testbed is developed by RedCLARA within the framework of BELLA II.
