As part of the activities leading up to the TICEC 2025 Congress, Ecuador's flagship conference on Information and Communication Technologies, RedCLARA will participate in the workshop “Teaching in the era of ethical use of AI: building institutional principles for the future of education,” with a presentation by Mónica López, Coordinator of Academic Development and Partnerships.

The workshop, inspired by the guidelines of UNESCO, the OECD, and the Council of Europe, will offer teachers and professionals in the sector a space to reflect on the impact of AI on education, analyze real dilemmas, and build ethical principles to guide responsible institutional policies. The session will emphasize the role of teachers as central actors in human-centered digital transformation, promoting innovative practices that respect ethics and educational values. RedCLARAreafirma's participation reaffirms its commitment to the responsible integration of emerging technologies in education, promoting the exchange of experiences and best practices among the region's academic and technological community.
