Since September the project Europe Latin America Collaborative e-Infrastructure for Research Activities, ELCIR, has its space on the Web.

Through www.elcira.redclara.net the user can access to all the information of the project: overview, activities of the work packages and news. The tools and services of collaboration and the Wiki of the project will be also available.

ELCIRA aims to coordinate a series of collaboration tools and services that are being developed in Europe and Latin America in order to provide an interoperability framework that facilitates the work of European-Latin American research teams and to foster collaboration in joint research projects.
