Download and read it now! March ends with the new edition of DeCLARA

From bees to artificial intelligence applied to bioinformatics, revising the advances and contributions of BELLAII through the implementation of RedCLARA, and open science. The latest edition of DeCLARA covers it all. For 21 years, this newsletter has been informing the region about the scientific, academic and technological developments that RedCLARA and its member networks contribute to building the future of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Issue 61 of DeCLARA features an in-depth interview with Luis Eliécer Cadenas, Executive Director of RedCLARA, who breaks down the different phases of the BELLAII project, marked – as is logical – by connectivity and cooperation, with a view to a shared digital future between Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. The executive also refers to this future in his editorial.
Blockchain for beekeeping, the pilot training programme in bioinformatics and artificial intelligence, RedCLARA’s contribution to open science in the region, and the strengthening of interregional cooperation through the launch of Tibr alongside ASREN and LA Referencia are some of the other key topics covered by DeCLARA in its March 2026 issue. Don’t miss it!
