The annual meeting of the Latin American and Caribbean community of research and education networks, organized by RedCLARA, already has a date for its new edition. TICAL2024 will be held from December 3 to 5 at the Windsor Barra Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, with the support of Brazil's National Research and Education Network (NREN), RNP.

In its 13th edition, the annual conference of the region's NRENs will offer a space for discussion and strategic exchange around seven thematic axes: e-Science, Sustainability, e-Health, Security, Infrastructure, Services, and Culture.

As part of the event, RedCLARA member national networks will share experiences related to strengthening science, technology, and innovation, promoting the identification of common challenges and opportunities for digital transformation and economic and social development in Latin America and the Caribbean. All this will take place in one of the most traditional and touristic destinations in the world: Rio de Janeiro, the land of samba, bossa nova, and football.
