This year, eight leading experts from the region will be responsible of the evaluation of the articles received in response to the call for papers and to select those that will be part of the TICAL2014 program.

In order to contribute to enhance the work and the role of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Directors of the universities of the region, TICAL2014 has gather in its Program Committee experts from universities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.

The members of this group have the task of defining the topics of the Conference, evaluate the articles received from the call for papers and to select those who will join the program TICAL2014.

	Luis Alonso Castro | University of Costa Rica Director of the Informatic Center.
	Wilfredo Antonio Bolaños | Catholic University of El Salvador Laboratory Director, Information Technology.
	Jorge Preciado | Colima University (Mexico) President of the CUDI Board of Directors, Strategic Projects Coordinator of AEM and CUDI.
	Alberto Bellorín | Central University of Venezuela ICT Sub-Director and Academic / Researcher.
	Joaquín Guerrero | Pontifical Catholic  University of Perú Director of Academic Computing

The Fourth Conference of Information and Communication Technology Directors from Higher Education Institutions will be held between 26 and 28 of May 2014 in Cancun, México.  (Registrations are open!).

Open until March7, 2014, the call for papers is aimed at those involved in the management of ICT in Latin American universities. Articles should be structured according to the Authors Handbook published in the website of the Conference (http://tical2014.redclara.net/en/autores.html) and should be sent to tical@redclara.net.
