Register and participate in the DISI 2014

DISI 2014The DISI 2014 will be held on September 5th, 2014, in Brasília (DF). For every edition of the event, the organization chooses a theme to direct the activities of this day. This year, discussions will be focus on the theme "Security in the cloud: how to protect from the storms."

The activities specially prepared for this edition of DISI include lectures, distribution of awareness material, raffles among the participants, as well as an opportunity to test your knowledge through an online quiz.

The lectures are free, open to the public upon registration, and will be broadcast in real time through this website.

The DISI is a free event open to all interested parties and will be held at Hotel San Marco in Brasília (DF), Brazil, at 9am (Brasília time). The organization recommends that participants arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.

All those interested in participate must fill out the registration form.

All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

About the event

The 9th edition of the International Information Security Day (DISI) is organized by the National Research Network (RNP) through its Security Incident Response Center (CAIS) as an international activity of the Security Month. The DISI event, held yearly since 2005, is focused on end users with the main goal of promoting good practices on information security.

In 2014, the DISI event will be held at Hotel San Marco - Brasilia (DF) on September 5th, together with the RNP Forum. Two hundred attendees are expected along with those who are going to watch the talks via webcast.
