The TNC2015, conference organized by GÉANT annually, will only happen in June of the next year, but it has some news for those who are interested in participating. The registration for the event is already open, and with discounts.

In a statement, the organizers announced that the registrations made until February 23th will receive a bonus worth 100 euros on the total value. After that date, prices return to normal.

Another novelty is the large time given to the registrations. The period is open earlier than in previous years in order to allow to those who are interested extra time to plan their travels. TNC15 will be held between 15-18 June 2015 in Porto, Portugal, hosted by FCT | FCCN, Portugal's unit for the operation of the National Research and Education Network within the funding agency for science and research in Portugal.

TNC15 will bring together decision makers, managers, networking professionals, collaboration specialists, and identity and access management experts from all major European networking and research organisations, universities, world-wide sister institutions, as well as industry representatives.

Through keynote speeches by renowned specialists and many parallel sessions, the conference will present an overview of the latest developments in research networking, both in the technical field and in the areas of application and management. This year's theme is 'Connected Communities'.
