TIC EC 2015 is organized by the Ecuadorian Consortium of Advanced Internet (CEDIA) and the host university, the Technical University of Loja (UTPL).

The third Ecuadorian Congress of Information and Communication Technologies, TICEC 2015, will be held between December 2nd and 4th, 2015. The meeting will bring together more than 400 researchers, professionals, students and other stakeholders related to ICT, creating an opportunity to know the advances and trends in the sector, as well as to promote products and services of the sponsoring companies and the establishment of contacts in an easily and effectively way, to generate agreements and research projects with the leading institutions in the field.

The thematic areas defined for the event were organized into a scientific/ technical track, oriented to show the contributions in research topics and implementation of IT in areas such as Communication networks, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, IT Management, Web Technologies, Intelligent Territory Management and the ICT in Education.
