The Internet Addresses Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean (LACNIC) and ETECSA (Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A.) are pleased to announce that LACNIC's upcoming event, LACNIC 25, will be held in the city of Havana. The meeting will take place on 2-6 May at Havana's Palacio de Convenciones and will bring together the Latin American and Caribbean Internet community.

(Source: LACNIC) The general program will consist of one day of technical workshops on new technologies, security, and the promotion of IPv6 adoption, along with four days of lectures and panel discussions on current issues and keynote presentations by leading international experts.

The registration fee for LACNIC 25 is USD 300 (Three hundred American Dollars). You may register and pay online with credit or debit card. Special discount is USD 200 (Two hundred American Dollars) available if you register and make your payment by April 2nd. You may also make your payment (no special discount) at the meeting´s registration desk where cash only is accepted.
