In partnership with RedCLARA, RNP launches 2016’s Security Month

meseg16The celebration will take place during all the month of October and seeks to create opportunities for institutions to discuss about good practices in the use of technology in their institutions and local communities.

The Security Month is sponsored by the National Research and Education Network, through its Security Incident Response Team (CAIS), in partnership with RedCLARA and the Organization of the American States (OAS) as a set of celebrations that take place every year during the month of october, in order to foster the information security culture and widely disseminate the actions promoted by the institutions that adhere.

All research and development organizations interested in disseminating information security's culture among internet end users are invited to join the Security Month. Besides Brazil, other 32 countries of Latin America will be involved with the initiative.
