The National University Network of Chile, REUNA, and the National Academic Network of Advanced Technology of Colombia, RENATA, invite the academic community of Latin America to join the conference "Astronomy, connectivity, computation: challenges and opportunities".

The conference will be hosted by Jorge Ibsen, director of the Department of Computing and Information Technology of the Joint ALMA Observatory, and co-chair of the XXVII version of the international Astronomical Data Analysis Software and Systems conference, ADASS (www.adass.cl) this May 17, 2017 at 11:00 am in Colombia and 12:00 in Chile, on the occasion of the celebration of Internet Day.
