In a virtual format and the support of RedCLARA, 42nd CILAMCE and 3rd PANACM will be held in November

The 42nd Ibero-Latin American Congress of Computational Methods in Engineering (XLII CILAMCE) and the 3rd Pan American Congress on Computational Mechanics (III PANACM) will be held in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from November 9 to 12, with the support of RedCLARA and in a virtual format.

CILAMCE and PANACM are multidisciplinary events, covering areas of work of scientists and engineers from different fields. The technical program usually includes prominent speakers, as well as several mini-symposium sessions with articles submitted through calls. For the 2021 edition, the presence of Kevin Carlberg, from Facebook Labs and the University of Washington, is already confirmed.

CILAMCE is an annual conference promoted by the Brazilian Association of Computational Methods in Engineering (ABMEC), intended to serve as an international forum to disseminate the recent developments on numerical methods in all fields of engineering and related sciences.

PANACM, in turn, is held every three years, organized by the International Association of Computational Mechanics (IACM) and intended to be an international forum to disseminate developments in computational methods in engineering and applied sciences. The first edition of PANACM was held in Buenos Aires and the second in New York.
