March 20th, 2020: This is the new deadline for submitting proposals for the bidding for Security Monitoring solutions, launched by RedCLARA last February.

With the date change, other deadlines have also been postponed. Now, the first evaluation round will end on March 27, 2020 (previously March 6, 2020) and applicants will have the opportunity to submit a second offer before April 10, 2020 (previously March 13, 2020). The bidding result will be announced on April 24, 2020 (previously March 20, 2020)

The acquisition of Security Monitoring solutions seeks to expand RedCLARA's portfolio of services, offered to its 14 National Networks in Latin America and, through them, to more than 2000 research and higher education institutions. RedCLARA expects to have the service for two (2) years from the signing of the contract.

Solution manufacturers, manufacturers who offer their services through authorized channels and also integrators or authorized channels that offer solutions from third-party manufacturers are invited to participate in the process. The evaluation of the proposals will be carried out by a team of specialists selected by RedCLARA. Proponents will be notified of compliance with requirements and the need for adjustments, if necessary. They will also be informed about their performance in technical and economic assessments.
