RedCLARA is looking for a Meeting Solution to add to the portfolio it offers to its 14 NREN in Latin-America and their 1.000+ Institutions. The tender will close in February 7, 2020.

In order to evaluate the options and eventually proceed with the signing of an agreement, RedCLARA invites you to answer the List of Requirements and the Economical Proposal and send them to services@redclara.net before February 7, 2020.

The offers made i shall be available for acceptance until at least March 6, 2020.

RedCLARA will establish an evaluation team that will assess responses through Expert Judgement. The first round will finish on February 14, 2020. The tenders will be notified if they fulfill the requirements or which ones should be revisited if needed. Also, the position in both Technical and Economic evaluations.

The tenders will have the chance of sending a second offer by February 21, 2020. These offers should not worsen the previous one, either in Technical or Economic terms.

RedCLARA will have a final decision by February 28, 2020. If it’s required, RedCLARA could ask questions to the tenderer to ensure the understanding of its proposal.
