In Mexico: Amazon Web Services will offer webinars on cloud service strategies for the CUDI community

Great news for those who are starting their work with the cloud. Amazon Web Services (AWS) will offer to the entire CUDI  community a cycle of four webinars on "Cloud Services Strategies". During the event, AWS will present the set of computing, storage, databases, analysis, applications and implementation services that reduce costs, scale applications, respond quickly to emergencies and cover the changing needs of students.

The first of the four meetings will be held on February 28 addressing the topic "The Context of Demand for Cloud Skills in the Labor Market". The speakers will be Hilary Foster, AWS Educate program coordinator, and the professor Harold Castro, Doctor in Informatics at the National Polytechnique Institute of Grenoble, France, and professor at the Universidad de los Andes, in Colombia.

The cycle continues on March 7 with the session on the AWS Academy, with Alejandro Martinez (program coordinator) and Lina Marcela Quintero, director of the Telematic Engineering program at the ICESI University in Cali. On March 14 will be held the session "Credits of the AWS cloud for research + Open Data on AWS". The fourth and last session will be held on March 21 with the theme "The power of your Voice with Alexa".
