RedCLARA's new graphic guidelines, which resulted in a new brand and new website, also reached the quarterly newsletter of the regional network. And the already traditional DeCLARA now has a new “face”, more modern and clean, keeping the good content about the most important facts the Latin American ICT universe in recent months.

The 52nd edition details TICAL2018, its calls and registration, as well as enlightening interviews with the first two international speakers confirmed for the event, the argentinian William Confalonieri, Digital Director of Deakin University, and the american Martin Hilbert, professor of the University of California, in Davis. The new edition also presents the progress, within the BELLA project, of REUNA and RNP backbones, the case of Chilean scientists who discovered a method for predicting earthquakes, a calendar of ICT events around the world, and much more.
