December 15 and 16: e-AGE2020 Virtual Conference
Organized by ASREN, the regional network of the Arab States, and established as an important place for networking between experts and scientists from their region and the world, the e-AGE conference will be held online from 15 to 16 December 2020.
"The power of e-Infrastructures: Shaping the future of online research and education" is the topic that e-AGE20 will address, which promises to be a forum to share practices and experiences that go beyond the traditional teaching of online courses and resource sharing, given the unprecedented isolation that the pandemic has forced us into. NRENs and e-Infrastructures provide essential means to stay connected and face the new challenges of research and education, and this will be the subject of analysis and discussion.
In addition, e-AGE20 will include other events, workshops and meetings, namely:
- XIII Meeting on Euro-Mediterranean e-Infrastructure
- The tenth annual meeting of ASREN shareholders
- Meeting of the EUMEDCONNECT3 project
- AfricaConnect3 project meeting
- Internet2 Middle East GIS meetings
- Virtual workshops dedicated to NRENs and their communities (to be confirmed)
