TICAL2024 announces its first international keynote speaker: Ekaterina Kostioukhina

Dr. Ekaterina Kostioukhina, a specialist in digital fields and neuropsychology with a medical degree, will present at the TICAL2024 Conference, which takes place from December 3 to 5 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

At the event, Kostioukhina will share findings from her research that led to the publication of her book "Cyberpsychology: Cyber Conflict or Hacked Democracies." Kostioukhina holds postgraduate degrees from Harvard University, has taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and has trained governments, leaders, and intelligence agencies on cybersecurity in several countries. Alongside Ekaterina Kostioukhina, other international experts will participate, with over 400 professionals—including researchers, academics, university presidents, IT directors, and decision-makers—expected to discuss the challenge of leveraging emerging technologies to foster innovation and transformation in higher education institutions across the region.
