RedCLARA's 2022 Annual Report is now available for review and download on the regional network's website. Among other topics, the document highlights the celebration of the successful completion of the BELLA program and the launch of the BELLA II project, which aims to extend the benefits of the initiative to more countries in Latin America and the Caribbean; the achievements and results of the first edition of the "Dialogue on the Challenges and Opportunities of Digital Transformation" in the region; and the signing of international alliances to strengthen cooperation in areas such as cybersecurity and earth observation.

The document also includes chapters dedicated to reporting on the development of new networks in the region, with emphasis on the case of Haiti, and negotiations with Panama, El Salvador and Cuba. Also included are the events in which RedCLARA representatives participated during the past year, the balance sheet of the regional network, and the special words of the President of its Directing Council, Eduardo Grizendi.
